SO. I UPLOADED SOMETHING. About time eh?
Ive decided to get back into the net, I miss getting myself out there...
So what have I been up to this summer? Partying non stop with my pals, chilling with my boyfriend, having some very very late night and sleeping in late, going to a lot of outdoor music festivals [greatest experiences of my life] OSHEAGA & BLUES FEST 2009 BABY!!! Been meeting lots of new people and going on lots of adventures as usual, getting some new and awesome clothes, all new shoe wardrobe duh to all my old shoes being unsalvagable... But ya, what can I say its been awesome, I`m having an awesome life.

I'm gonna try to get away from Zaratulah, trying on WeakAsPaper [The Paper Girl] on for size... One of my first usernames I used in like grade 6 was "weak little paper girl" hahaha, so its got roots... but yeah.. I just dont like the sound of Zaratulah, I love Zara, but thats already a store and I need a good name.

So yeah... Ill get to some more uploading of my larger works... Saving the little oens til I get a scanner, I just cant get good pics with my cam...

Wow, its been quite some time from my last journal
Im sad to report theres still no progress with the scanner, btu I got a camera [not to mention lots of cash] for my brithday so I've been thanking about taking pictures of all those things that were too big to scann for you guys haha...

Lately I havent been much into drawing, I prefer painting now, Im really over printer paper, I need to get serious about my art haha, my current best friend and I just like to get together and paint, usually robots

Im really in a primary colours faze too... Im considering going to buy some acrylics [of my make my mom buy some...] because I REALLY enjoy them, I have a very epic painting from art class to show you guys after the art show

So yes, lately all my art is just for school, but Ill still show it to you at some point, this semester Ive got Graphic Design, Anthro in french, Math and Art, so yes, easiest semester of MY LIFE , I never have homework and when i do I do it in my other classes haha

So factoring in the lack of homework makes my social life as busy as ever, for lke once in my life I had the dreaded drama haha, though I didnt take it seriously there were some kids that did, I mean come kids, its highschool. We only have 4 years with these people, why waste time being all dramatic? This is when we should just enjoy things, theres no time.

But yes, March. March was the most insane month of my life, too many things happened I cant even begin haha, but I came out of it with a boyfriend. Hes a weirdo, like me.

Sorry you dont here form me very often. My social life is out of control this year, I have people over almost every day or else Im somewhere else. Still pas de drama though haha. Im really sorry I dont comment as much or just get involved at all really, but I do look at EVERY deviation and check my messages on a daily basis Im still here if you ever need to get in touch.

Artwise, I dotn know what happening, last time I tried the scanner it didnt work but Ill try it again, but I really have hardly anything to show you guys. I really cant get set on a style ever haha, personaly i like that because its new and exciting every time but really it makes everything such a longer process because now I cant just go and draw.

I have a new collection in the works and another in mind, I hope that Im progressing, but the more I think about it the more Id like to get in a math/ business programs like banking rather than arts or fashion, I dont know I just feel like Id have more success with it...

School wise Im still keeping up the 90% average, this semester Ive got french, english, chem and bio so Im not sure Ill ahve the 90 this time around but my second semester, graphic design, math, anthro in french and art, will boost it back up for sure. Im supposed to be seeing the Andy Warhol exhibit after New Years.

Ive joined the Swing dance club at my school [Swing Heil!] and usually I don wear shoes for this so my partner and I have a huuuge height difference haha, I have to jump really high, but my friends who run the club [its pretty underground theres no teacher running it XD] said I was good Im used to most of the moves because of my older brother throwing me around haha.

Im getting a bit bored with only draw people, my friend has been making me draw a lot of robot things for him and Im really liking it haha, I think I should do some more abstarct, maybe thatll get me out of my art rut.

So I hope everyone had a great holiday! I had people at my house for once! It was.. very awkward for me haha. I stayed in my room most fo the time I mostly got Christmas cash and a couple of small random things. I also got sick D: haha

Time passes by REALLY quickly for me, a month is nothing to me, so srry Ive been gone for SUCH a long time haha, for me it feels like nothing XD

Hope everyone has a great New Year! I promise Ill try to be with you guys more often and FINLLY get some art up!

Hot danm, je m'excuse, je m'excuse D:

I check my dA every day and I put the things Im going to comment/fave in a folder, but I still havent gone through the folder...

I have.. 1 drawing D: And I stil have some art that wont fit on a scanner, old art that is. I have many concepts in the working, it seemes these days just like comming up with the ideas, but I never put em to use haha. Im going to bring back a hell load of original characters so watch out. Revamping everything over here.

So yes. Updates in my life, Im busy practically every day and my weekends are swamped. Went to a dance last night, I was supposed to go to this Halloween place tonight but it was raining and my friend had to work :\

Ive watched 2 seasons of Mad Men online this week, great show haha, sweet music and clothes.

Im into sewing now, just patterns though I love clothes so much haha, I really need a camera, or at least someone to take pictures of my outfits or something

So Im sure youll all be happy to hear Im drawing at this moment, working on... holy crap 7 group pictures of my OCs,Little red Riding Hood, some sweet people, quick angel/devil thing, those queens, my god danm 60's pic, random thing... and I think Ill go sketch up a 50s pin up right now and water color it some time. Quite the list...

So I hope everyones having a great life! Im living in style as always , having Sushi Friday every week, keeping up my good average, attending vintage sales, making paper cranes, watching a hell of a lot of movies online, and the usual.

Oh my lord, complaetly forgot, I had realised my 3rd year anniversary[sp?] a day late so I was just like screw it haha

But DANM, 3 years? Thats a hell of a long time! My lord XD But wow do I ever love this site, its introduced me to so many neat people and so many things, hardly anyof my friends know I have an e-life as well as my real life haha.
